Mrs. Durga Singh, from UP, belongs to a lower-middle-class family, whereby her father is the only bread-earner to serve the family of 7 people, parents, and five siblings, trying to manage in a metropolitan city like Delhi. She says, I completed my schooling from a Government school and bound to do a job just after 12th due to our financial circumstances. But the willingness of doing something better in life i kept on going with my studies and completed my graduation parallelly with job. I wanted to do a good job and get settled in life. But I guess it wasn’t destined. I came in contact with Kuldeep Ji, who was a big dreamer since his childhood. Gradually we came together and got married”.

Ma’am Durga has worked with Retail Sector and Beauty Industry for few years, and did certification from VLCC as well to be a more skilled and professional beauty service provider as a saloon owner. She worked with few saloons to get real-time experience before padding into entrepreneurship.

On 8th June 2016, they came across a wonderful opportunity in the direct selling industry that has become a turning point in their lives. They immediately took a decision and started building the business from day one. She supported her husband to build the business at the initial stage as she continued her job and asked him to focus on this destined decision of God’s plan for 1 long year. She added; “I just knew that he was very excited about this business and he was keen to build this.”

They maintaining a culture of mentoring and coaching big time and always available to build support for their teams,

That helped her arrive at a defining moment in life where she truly believed that “If I Can, anyone Can” She has become goal-driven and motivated to achieve the next level like her life partner Kuldeep Ji. Since there has been no turning back and today, she is leading a large team of similarly aspiring young entrepreneurs from different locations across India.

She believes this process has made her a true entrepreneur in direct selling and was quite transformative for her.
